Syrup is ready!!!

The hard work has paid off.  Our first few runs have produced a delectable, light maple syrup. Maple butter and sugar leaves will soon be available.  This cold snap should "re-set" the trees and hopefully give us a good run when it warms up!

Well, we are off to a good start to get the sugar bush and sap shanty ready for this year's run.  Now if the weather would just do it's job.....
